  • Membership grants you:

    • Keycode access to the studio during your allotted time

    • Use of lighting equipment, backdrops, props, and select furniture

    • Access to Wi-Fi, mirrors, changing areas, and studio tools

    • Discounted rates on special workshops, events, and add-ons

  • Yes! As a member, you’re free to bring in your own clients, models, or subjects for your shoots.

  • Yes. Members are responsible for bringing their own camera, lenses, and any personal gear needed for their session.

  • Use the booking portal in your member dashboard to reserve your session. Bookings are first-come, first-served and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Please respect the schedule. If you go over your time and another member is waiting, additional fees may apply. Always communicate with our staff if you need to extend your session.

  • No. We don’t offer storage for personal gear at this time. Please take all belongings with you after each session.

  • Yes, but please note all guests are your responsibility while in the studio. Keep your team size appropriate for your membership level and session slot.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your booking without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of that session credit.

  • Use the in-portal chat, email us directly, or call/text our member line for support.
